I was born in Kansas City, Kansas to two amazing parents, Karen and Daniel Conwell. They were divorced early in my youth, but I always felt the love from both no matter the circumstances. Many people have inspired me throughout my life’s journey to be my authentic self, from my parents to family and friends. This enabled me to be courageous in taking on new adventures within my life. One of which is embarking on this amazing journey of blogging. I felt the need to inspire women who are approaching or who are currently living within their middle ages. It seemed as if there was a dire need of redefining what those years mean and encouraging women to rediscover their possibilities and passions. I am married to a wonderful man named Ali who is from Ghana, Africa. He is such a kind and thoughtful soul who encourages me to live out my dreams. My hope is for everyone reading this blog to find a renewed sense of purpose and inspiration to enjoy those amazing years of midlife!
